Our concept

Tutoring is a matter of trust

We will pick up your child exactly where it is at the moment. Together we do an honest and open inventory analysis. This requires a detailed consultation with you as the parents and your child. In this way, we create a solid basis for appropriate remedial teaching and your child will quickly make measurable progress.

Our aim is to support your child as quickly and as well as possible. If the gaps in knowledge are not too large, the first improvements can be made very quickly. Small nudges or tips for more effective learning are often enough. First successes are a more active participation in school, the independent writing of homework and more structured learning - also interdisciplinary.

Individual lessons or in small groups?

The question of individual or group tutoring always arises when parents have to decide how necessary and why tutoring is necessary.

Individual lessons are definitely more suitable for short-term campaigns. The student can be sure that the competent private tutor prepares individually for the level of knowledge of the student and plans the lessons accordingly and responds to the personal wishes of the student. These arrangements should definitely be made in advance with the teacher.

Individual tutoring is recommended if:

  • the student shows massive gaps in the level of knowledge of the corresponding subject
  • fast and effective performance improvement is required
  • a certain learning topic was poorly understood at school
  • the student complains about anxiety when learning.

Group lessons are cheaper to obtain. The student can also request individual attention in all aspects of the lesson. A positive aspect of group lessons is the possibility of exchanging information and learning outcomes. Mutual moral support should also not be underestimated. The student does not feel alone in the tutoring session and is among like-minded people.

Group lessons are recommended if:

it's about repeating knowledge

  • to prepare for a job, exam or test in the long term
  • the student has to get used to a new school and at the same time meets school friends in private tuition
  • learning or repeating a foreign language.

In order to find out which form of tutoring is effective for the student, parents and students have to get involved and try out the new learning in tutoring. The form of tutoring can be changed quickly because you have no contract terms with us.

Course of Lessons

Our professional tutoring seeks, finds and closes knowledge gaps. We explain the current school material in detail and do appropriate exercises. This means that the course of the lesson is divided into:

  • Repetition and consolidation of past themes
  • Explanation and practice of the current material.

This gives your child security and self-confidence. Through communicative lessons, we encourage your child to participate even more actively in school lessons through oral participation. In this way, the teacher can see that your child is doing better and has improved.

Preparation for class work

In order to be able to optimally prepare every student for class work, open communication between parents, students and us is essential. As soon as the class test date has been announced, our teacher can create a learning plan together with your child. Thus, the preparation begins early and in a structured manner. A trial work under class work conditions often provides information about the time management of the students. This sample work can be written in class or we can give it to your child to take home. In a free additional lesson immediately before the class test, final questions can be clarified.

Change of subject

Tutoring is not permanent. After all, we not only want to support your child professionally, but also give tips for independent learning. If you or your child are satisfied with what you have achieved, you can switch to another tutoring subject at any time without any problems. Of course, you are free to end the tutoring entirely.

learning aids

There is an extensive collection of exams and assignments as well as textbooks that are used in tutoring. In addition, our teachers are constantly developing their own teaching materials based on their experience in order to eliminate sources of error that frequently occur. This means that every student can be optimally prepared for their class work, exam or final exam.

parent talks

Of course, the content and course of the private tuition is documented by our teachers. This enables us to offer you parent talks at regular intervals so that you know where your child is at the moment. We would like to inform you regularly and personally about the level of knowledge of your child.

holiday courses

Our range of courses during all school holidays begins in the morning. Every student can participate as often as he/she wants - regardless of the regular frequency of participation and choice of subject. And at no additional cost!

reachability

We are there for you all day. Personally on site or by phone usually from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We would be happy to arrange personal appointments with you outside of these times.

Of course, you can also easily reach us by e-mail, and we will take care of your request immediately.
